We are the Data Controller for the data You provide to Us. We need to use Your data so that we may engage with You to provide organisational development consultancy and deliver learning and development programmes or output to You.

Personal data includes Your name, position, email, telephone contact details, and details of work activities, individual performance and social characteristics and any other personal information that is necessary for Us to provide You with consultancy under the terms and conditions of Our services. We may share Your personal information with third parties for the purpose of including Your personal information in project documentation, project correspondence, assessments, and any other project administration or reporting requirements as defined in the scope of the project. We may process Your data using our automated decision-making tools that form part of Our service offering with You.

In order to provide our organisational development services to You we have a contract with You to provide assessments, reports and any other documentation.

How we look after Your data

We process all data in the UK but where We need to disclose data to parties outside the European Economic Area (EEA) We will take reasonable steps to ensure the privacy of Your data. In order to protect Our legal position, We will retain Your data for a minimum of 6 years. We have a Data Protection regime in place to oversee the effective and secure processing of Your data. How You can find out more

Under GDPR legislation, You can ask Us for a copy of the data We hold, have it corrected, sent to a third party or deleted (subject to Our need to hold data for legal reasons). We will not make Your personal details available to any companies to use for their own marketing purposes.
