Why we use Your information
We are the Data Controller for the data You provide to Us. We need to use Your data in order to provide information relating to Our organisational development professional services that are relevant to Your organisation.
How we use Your information
We process Your name, role, contact information, and any supporting professional training, membership or qualification information for the purpose of Us issuing quotes, proposals, tenders documents, invoices and any other specific commercial documentation or correspondence to You. We may obtain information about You from credit reference agencies to check Your credit status and identity.
Our lawful basis for processing
It is in our legitimate interest as an organisational development services company of which you may be a client, associate or contractor to establish a commercial relationship with You.
How we look after Your data
We have a Data Protection regime in place to oversee the effective and secure processing of Your data. Any personal information provided by You may be held on Our own systems that are hosted at one of our three UK sites. It may be used by Our relevant staff in making decisions concerning Your product or service requirements. Information may be passed to Our commercial partners and any subcontractors for these purposes where we are part of a consortium. We process all data in the UK but where We need to disclose data to parties outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including Our own company sites based in the United States and China We will take reasonable steps to ensure the privacy of Your data.
How long we retain Your data for
In order to protect Our legal position, We will retain Your data for a minimum of 6 years.
How You can find out more about Your data
Under GDPR legislation, You can ask Us for a copy of the data We hold, have it corrected, sent to a third party or deleted (subject to Our need to hold data for legal reasons). We will not make Your personal details available to any companies for use outside the purpose stated in this privacy notice. If You wish to complain about how We have handled Your data, You can contact Us and We will investigate the matter. You must request a Data Subject Access Request Form from us to exercise Your Rights through us. We will respond within 30 days of receipt of your request. You must contact us by either writing, emailing or phoning the Data Protection Office.
